故障现象：空调制热启动后几分钟即停，面板绿灯闪 外机不开机

空调维修思路：
1、电压220v正常
2、查故障代码，是空调内外机通讯故障，检查线路连接良好，强行制冷正常。手握室外冷凝器传感器可以启动制热。
3、打开空调外机，测传感器阻值偏大，更换阻值小的传感器15K 20K(25度时)均正常运行。
维修方法：更换传感器试机正常。
