故障现象：空调制热效果差，出风温热
故障部位：制冷系统、电控系统、缺氟等
维修思路：
1、到用户家先观看空调外机有无遮挡造成外机吸热不好，开机试机，观看空调运转情况，仔细观察空调前10分钟左右运转正常，运转频率可以达到高频，出风温度大约50度(高频时电压220v，电流在额定范围内，基本可以排除是制冷系统和缺氟造成)，高频维持3分钟左右就开始降频，出风温度就变得温热了。这时测量供电220V正常，排除电压限频，由于室内温度较低，大约2度左右，设置温度30度不应该出现限频。
2、打开外机，接上美的变频检测仪，小板也不显示故障代码，这时分别观察各项数据是否正常，当观察到T2(室内管温)温度58度时，发现温度偏高，因为这时吹出的风是温风断定T2传感器及相关电路有问题。
3、打开内机电控盒，去下T2传感器，测量阻值偏小，正常值25度对应阻值10K。
维修方法：更换传感器试机正常。

2、 Turn on the external machine and connect with the frequency conversion tester of the United States and the small board does not show the fault code. Observe whether each data is normal at this time. When observing the temperature of T2 (indoor pipe temperature) at 58 degrees it is found that the temperature is on the high side because the wind blowing out is a problem with the temperature wind to determine the T2 sensor and relevant circuits.
3、 Open the electronic control box of the internal machine and go to the T2 sensor the measured resistance value is relatively small and the normal value of 25 degrees corresponds to the resistance value of 10K.
