故障现象：空调不制冷，但室内外风机运行，
故障部位：制冷系统、电控系统、缺氟等
维修空调过程：先检查空调外机没有热风，拆下外机盖，空调电源电压正常，空调压缩机没有启动，刚怀疑压缩机坏，不小心手背碰到外机里的铁皮手有点麻，当即断定机子有漏电，拿电笔试探，果然是机壳带电。看了看室内电源布线，没有发现地线。缩小检查范围，断了外机三条线，再用电笔试探，机壳不带电了，在使中压缩机可以工作，但不能长时间就停机了，现次怀疑压缩机损坏漏电的，为了减小拆卸，只去了压缩机的线，再次上电，发现机壳还带电，漏电原因跟压缩机机没有关系，就从火线到各处的接头拆除，最后是发现压缩机启动电容漏电的，拆下电容测量容量没有小只是漏电，直接换了一个35UF的上去试机，一切正常情工作。
维修空调结果：换压缩机启动电容。一切正常。启动电容在高压时漏电，造成有效容量降低，使压缩机紧缺少动力而停机、压缩机会因过热保护
经验：平时空调维修像压缩机不启动，一般直接用相同的压缩机启动器直接更换，大部分都是次部件故障。
